Chairman Wontumi would be dragged dead or alive to the Manhyia Palace on Monday,January 29, 2024.
The Manhyia Palace traditional council has summoned Chairman Wontumi for allegedly challenging the authority of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
Wontumi, who is the Regional Chairman of the ruling NPP in the Ashanti Region is reported to be very sick hence failed to appear before the traditional council for probe into the allegations.
The Asantehene could banish Chairman Wontumi from Kumasi if he fails to show up on Monday or found guilty of the charges, Ababio Karikari, a linguistics graduate told Kasatintin.com in an interview. Watch video below.
