The case involving actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has been adjourned to 29th July, 2024.
The actor who was granted GH¢50,000 bail with two sureties since his arrest on Monday, June 3, 2024 appeared in court for the second time, today Thursday, 27th June,2024.
The court is awaiting the advice of the Attorney-General (AG)’s Department before it proceeds with the case.
On May 25, 2024 Lilwin was involved in a tragic motor accident at Amako-Kumasi when he was reportedly driving on top speed; a 3-year-old boy lost his life while the deceased’s father sustained some injuries.
Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin is facing charges of dangerous driving and negligently causing harm.
