Is Citi FM/TV on the verge of collapse? Major presenters of the Adabraka-based media house have existed the station in less than two months.
Ace broadcaster, Jessica Opare-Saforo was the first to resign from the station.
Jessica hosted multiple shows on radio and TV such as ‘Sister Sister’, Sex in the Citi, ‘Traffic Avenue’, Brunch in the Citi’ and ‘Upside Down’.
Presenters who have also resigned from Omni Media (ie Citi FM/TV) include Kojo Akoto, Philip Ashong, Dzifa Ametam, Olele Salvador,Kwame Dadzie,AJ Sarpong and Fentuo Tahiru.
Sports Journalist Daniel Koranteng is the latest media personality to quit the media group.
Information suggests that most of the media personalities resigned from Citi FM/TV over perceived job insecurity arising from an alleged legal issues about ownership of the media house.
Like it or not, the Citi brand will wholly collapse if Bernard Avle, host of Citi FM’s morning show also decides to resign.
