Nana Yaa Brefo has resigned from Accra-based Angel FM/TV, a subsidiary of the Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) owned by Ghanaian businessman, Dr Kwaku Oteng.
According to sources, Nana Yaa Brefo submitted her resignation letter immediately after her return from a-month-long vacation in the UK.
ABN Management are said to be aware the presenter won’t turn up for work from December 1,2023.
‘You flourish when u are loved in any environment u find yourself. End of the road (Boyz 11 men)’, she wrote a suggestive post on her personal Facebook page following rumours about her exit from ABN.
Meanwhile, ABN has reportedly removed Nana Yaa Brefo from all social media platforms associated with the media company.
Yaa Brefo’s popularity and relevance in the Ghanaian media space has gone down significantly ever since she moved from Multimedia’s local channel, Adom TV as co-host of ‘Badwam’ to Angel FM/TV in May 2020. SOURCE: Kasatintin.com
