A young female student of Koforidua Technical University (KTU) identified as Rose Asante has reportedly passed away after a gas explosion.
The tragic incident occurred at her family residence in Koforidua.
The gas explosion consumed 3 victims, Rose, her mother and another sibling.
Rose sustained severe burns and succumbed to her injuries 2 days after being rushed to the hospital. The other two victims are in a critical condition currently, information said.
The deceased was a first year student at KTU. She was pursuing Purchasing and Supply.
Not too long ago, a female student of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) was found dead on campus. Latest report suggests that she was murdered by her fiancé, who is also a student of KNUST. Follow the full story in the video below.
